What is the TVG Solution?
TVG creates documents – print, email, web-based – that have areas for variable copy, imagery, and layout. Variables are set as appropriate and with TVG technology, the variables appear on the document.

How is the data collected?
The data is collected through your CRM system and/or external research such as Environics and Gen5. If you don’t have external research and need it, we have the an established relationships with virtually all marketing research firms in Canada and can get the information for you quickly and easily.

Why is it better than static?
With static direct response you create one document. You are forced to choose one message (copy, imagery and lay-out) for your entire audience. You are unable to incorporate differences that exist within your audience.

With static, you have no choice but to dilute and compromise your message.


Will results occur immediately?
Some companies enjoy astonishing improvements in response rates immediately. However, other companies see a smaller, but still substantial, lift (50% to 70%) immediately and need to test different appeals (different combinations of variables) before they enjoy improvements over 150%.
